Not at all. LIFT Lincoln welcomes all ages and fitness levels. Whether you've never touched a barbell or you've been lifting for years, you'll have coaching and support from day one. We focus on proper form and fundamentals so every member builds confidence and strength.
LIFT Lincoln is located at 85 Industrial Circle, Suite 2202, Lincoln, Rhode Island 02865. We're easily accessible from Route 146 and I-295, serving Lincoln, Smithfield, Cumberland, Central Falls, Pawtucket, North Providence, and the greater Providence area.
Every membership includes full gym access and a community that has your back. We also offer personal training add-ons, custom programming, and a free Run Club on Sundays and Thursdays along the Blackstone River Bikeway in Lincoln.
